⭐️Caring for kids with compassion and expertise⭐️
With over 18 years of experience in healthcare, Dana Blair, APRN, CPNP-PC, has dedicated her career to helping children grow healthy and strong. Families describe Dana as approachable, attentive, and committed to making every child feel safe and cared for.
Dana began her nursing journey in 2007 after graduating from the University of Texas at Arlington. She spent nearly a decade working in pediatric units across Dallas–Fort Worth hospitals before following her passion for primary care pediatrics.
In 2016, she earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Texas Woman’s University, specializing as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP). Since then, she has focused on providing high-quality, family-centered care in primary pediatrics. She is certified in pediatrics by the Pediatric Nursing Certification Board (PNCB) and also holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry.
Dana’s love for pediatrics began early. Inspired by her cousin with cerebral palsy, she saw firsthand the importance of compassionate, comprehensive care. This experience sparked her lifelong mission to advocate for children, protect the vulnerable, and support families through every stage of childhood.
Dana believes the best care happens when families and providers work together. She takes time to listen, explain, and involve parents in decision-making so that each child’s needs are fully supported.
Her focus includes:
Preventing illness through proactive care
Helping families manage common childhood conditions
Encouraging healthy habits for long-term well-being
Above all, Dana is passionate about empowering children and families to feel confident, supported, and understood..
Dana has called the Dallas–Fort Worth area home for over 26 years. When she’s not caring for patients, she enjoys exercising, traveling, reading, and spending time outdoors with her family.
